I hope everyone had a blessed and wonderful Christmas. A wonderful white Christmas was I am sure was loved by all children and a headache to the parents trying to get to places hampered by the snow. I had all my family with me and enjoyed the holiday with them. Now, it is time to focus on a new year which I will pray for peace for the world. Happy New Year everyone!!!!

The excitement is stirring. Breaking Dawn is in full swing of filming. Hold on to your hats for this is going to be one hot, sizzling movie. Now, if I can wait until this time next year. Oh, well, Water for Elephants coming up in April. Everyone needs to see that movie, could bring an oscar nod for Rob.

Well, can you believe that Christmas is just two months away. It will be a shame not to look forward to a Twilight movie until this time next year. I hope everyone is as geared up as I am about seeing Breaking Dawn next year. Then the last of the saga the following year. What in the world will the world obsess about when it is finished? Me, I will be going forward watching any movie Rob Pattinson makes. Some of my friends and I had a little writing contest about the beginning of Bella and Edward. I am attaching mine which won. I hope everyone likes it, that is if I can get it on this blog.

I hope everyone followed Rob's road trip with his mates. They stopped in a lot of places along the way and just hung out and had fun. I was so excited for him and his boys to be able to enjoy seeing some of American without the paps in his face. What a fun time he must have had. I am presuming he is in New Orleans visiting his best girl as she films On The Road. Gearing up for clips of Breaking Dawn. Can't wait. Be sure and see Rob's next two movies, Bel Ami and Water for Elephants. Long live Robert Pattinson.

I haven't been on here lately due to writing a fourth novel. I am just a hundred pages in and came to a complete standstill. I know what my ending will be but now I am blocked from seeing anymore words in my head. I guess I have been thinking too much about my man Rob. I hope everyone is as anxious as I am to see Bel Ami and Water for Elephants next year and of course the two Breaking Dawns in the future. I feel that Rob is on the verge of a monumental career. Now if someone could help me get my background back on my blog, I would be most appreciative.

Thought the heat was gone from the moutains but it is back with a vengence. Hottest summer we have had in the moutains in a long time. Good time to go to a cool theater and watch Eclipse again. Remember to watch Water For Elephants when it comes out next year for Rob could get an Oscar nod with that role. What's everyone doing? Talk to me.

Heat Wave
I hope everyone is waiting out this oppressive heat and staying cool. It's good to check on your older friends and neighbors to make sure they are staying cool. It's nice to live in the mountains, althought it was 92 degrees one day but now that the heat wave has broken, it's a nice 75 degrees. I have writer's block and have no desire to get back to my new novel. Maybe after my company leaves, I can get back to my writing. Still waiting on someone out there to give me some constructive advice on self publishing if you have been through that.

Just got back from Kentucky. Granddaughters dance recital was awesome. Very talented girls, very proud of them. I sold all of my books that I took with me. Got a lot of positive feedback from them. Now, need to settle down and start editing as much as I can of my second book in order to get it released. Glad to get back to the mountains to cooler weather. Very hot in Kentucky.

Absolutely gorgeous day in the mountains of Western North Carolina. Too beautiful to stay inside but this story in my head is wanting to end, so while it is there, I must sit in my chair at my laptop and end it. After it is finished, I will have completed my third novel. Now, to get them published is another story, long and tedious process but writing is my passion so I must drudge on.

Unable to write for the last couple of day due to a nasty little virus on my laptop. What are these people thinking as they are loading a virus onto your computer. What kind of job is that? Well, it cost me $80 to get the virus taken care of and I got a little tidbit of info that I would like to share with you. The very first time you see a small white box pop up dead center on your screen that says WARNING, immediately shut off your computer and it cannot spread but if you click on it, then dish up $80 bucks to get it taken care of. The moral of the story.........you are never too old to learn something new every day.

Its a rainy day in Western North Carolina. A good day to either be reading a good book or writing one. I opt for the latter and decided to write a few chapters in my current novel. I was inspired by Oliver Wendell Holmes this morning......Youth fades, love droops, the leaves of friendship fall, a mother's secret hope outlives them all.
Getting some positive feedback on my little book that I just published. Many thanks to everyone who bought it.

I would like to introduce my first book that I have published in a four book series of teenage fiction. A great little story of staying true to yourself and the trauma that is involved in the lives of teenagers in today's society. Age 12 to 16. Your teenage daughter or teenage granddaughter will relate to the story. Many thanks to those of you that would like to purchase it at the following link:
Let me know how you like it.
